If you’d like to change your password, tap “Forgot password” on the login screen under the password field.
You’ll have two options for resetting your password:
- Via email: An email with a link to set a new password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- By connecting your UPRIGHT GO To do this, you’ll need to connect your UPRIGHT GO to the app to verify your account. Make sure your device is on; then follow the “Forgot password” wizard to pair it with the app.
